Terms and Conditions
The rules for using Sunora - what we offer, what we ask of you, and the limits of our responsibility.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sunora (the "Service"), provided by Sunora ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You need an account to use most parts of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the Service to store or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not access the Service through automated means in a way that exceeds reasonable use.
- Respect other users - do not harass, impersonate, or attempt to access content that is not yours.
3. Your content
Anything you create in the Service - planners, widgets, notes, journal entries - remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.
4. Paid plans
Some features require a paid plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for unpaid fees or repeated abuse. We will notify you when reasonably possible.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties - express or implied - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
